TErms of service

When commissioning you automatically agree to the following terms.
please read carefully

* I do not accept commissions from:
-citizens and supporters of russia,soviet union,communism.

★ I have a right to decline any commission for any reason,
especially if it goes against my terms. i will not tolerate rude behavior.
★ i retain all rights to the produced artwork.
i'm allowed to use it for: publish, display, self-promotion.
★ commissioner retains all rights to the character and is allowed to:
use commissioned artwork for personal use, print, display and self-promotion with proper credit.
❌ you may NOT use commissioned artwork for
commerical purposes unless agreed otherwise.
❌ additionally, you may NOT use the artwork for
NFT/Blockcain/AI training.

process

★ If comms are open simply DM me on Twitter or Insta
(usually i pin the commission post
and delete it after all slots are filled)
★ If you get the slot please send me a clear image of your oc and describe what you want me to draw:
character's actions and emotions, overal mood,
location, time of day, weather, etc
image references(your own sketch, stock photos,etc) are encouraged
★ After negotiating i will give you a paypal email for sending the payment.
★ After i receive the payment i'll start working on your commission and will send progress screenshots along the way:
(sketch-coloring-shading-etc.)
please ask for changes accordingy,
as i will not do major changes to the commission later.

Payment and Refunds

★ As said before, i accept full upfront payments in USD through Paypal.
i don't do invoices due to them being unavailable in Ukraine.
★ I can refund all the money only before the sketch phase.
after that i'll refund only the work that's not been done.
whatever step we are on, i'll provide you with a high-res file.

deadlines

★ As said prior, deadline is usually 1-2 months after payment.
if i am unable to fit the deadline i will let you know asap.
★ If you need your art to be finished before some specific date let me know beforehand.
art takes lots of energy from me so please be patient
